Microblogging -- Week 8
I have just created an account in the microblog website www.twitter.com/minyoong.
The microblogs allows communication of short message. It seems that it is able to link to the mobile phone too.

Experiances in searching for video files -- Week 7
The video files on lecturing session appears in only a few websites. I like the one offered by "Yale". The website is
http://oyc.yale.edu/. It gives good lectures in "Physics".
The courses are offered for free. It encourages self-learning for those who are interested in the area.
There are various video format such as wmv and flv files. The viewer is very format specific. There are also converters to convert the files into desired format.

Comment on the article " Educational Blogging" : Week 4
There are three important points which I believe are crucial after reading the article:
1. "Blogging" not only encourages "writing", it also encourages " reading". A
person will not be able to write meaningful messages without preparation.
2. It allows participants to speak out the "truth" which may not be to the
knowledge of others in conversation. Some people is afraid to speak in face
to face to others in afraid of feeling offensiveness.
3. Questions posted in the blogs stimulates the participants to seek for
answers. Problmes may be solved and knowledge can be accumulated
through the efforts of the participants.
